Family Roots in Business

      My passion for entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in my family's legacy. Although I never had the privilege of meeting my great-grandparents, my father's stories have allowed me to appreciate their commitment and resilience. He recounted how his grandfather and father dedicated themselves to our family farm from a young age, making the journey to the city to sell fresh produce—grown right on our ancestral land. This entrepreneurial spirit has been a treasured inheritance passed down through generations.

Early Lessons from My Father

       My father epitomized the entrepreneurial spirit throughout his life, exploring a variety of business opportunities from his youth until his passing in 2021. His example inspired me to embark on a similar journey, instilling in me a strong work ethic and a fervent desire to create something of my own.

My Own Business Beginnings

      I stepped into the business world at the tender age of six, selling avocados during the summer. This early experience laid the groundwork for my understanding of entrepreneurship. As a teenager, I collaborated closely with my father in his car sales business, gaining invaluable skills and hands-on experience in sales and customer service.

Professional Growth

     In my twenties, I further developed my career as a small business consultant, helping others navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship. My dedication to supporting fellow entrepreneurs remains unwavering, as I continue to offer advice and guidance to those eager to launch their own businesses. 

         In addition to my consulting endeavors, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management and a Master of Arts in Communication—with a focus on Spanish writing—from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. These academic accomplishments have enriched my knowledge of both business and communication, empowering me to serve my clients and community better. 

        I currently serve as a Spanish Instructor at the Entrepreneur Growth Lab, a program committed to helping Latino entrepreneurs launch their ventures. This program operates at the Women’s Enterprise Development Center in White Plains, New York, where I assist aspiring business owners in developing the skills and confidence needed to start and grow their enterprises.
